Hello!

My name is Imogen and I love creating patterns. Being brought up in Pembrokeshire, surrounded by the sea, countryside and mountains has inspired my bright, bold patterns. I am also inspired by colour and traveling. I use digital techniques to create my unique style I call ‘Digital Collage’.

I am currently in my final year at Cardiff Metropolitan University studying textiles. I am passionate about how colour and pattern can boost mood and happiness, improve wellbeing and brighten homes which is part of the brands ethos. I hope to build a brand post graduation specialising in surface pattern design, using the patterns to make kitchenware, homeware and stationery products.

For my University final major project, I chose to design a pattern collection for the adults swimwear market, using my unique style. This has opened my eyes to the possibility of designing for fashion post graduation as I found the project very exciting. I aim to build a brand which empowers women.
